Definition
Superachiever = Superentrepreneur + Supertechnology
This is not a fantasy role. It describes a real, observable phenomenon: a person who creates value using AI and modern tools. The "super" prefix means operating above the survival baseline — not superhuman in the comic book sense, but in the "full capacity, full consciousness, full toolkit" sense.
- Superentrepreneur: The human side — intent, domain knowledge, drive, and the Genius process running deliberately
- Supertechnology: The tech side — AI (Claude Code), modern stack (Next.js, Supabase, Vercel), and the leverage they provide
- Combined: One person or small team, producing at a scale neither could achieve alone
Three Scales
Reality and the game both operate at three scales:

A person is always an individual. They become a Superachiever through the game. A group is always a collective. They become Superachievers through shared gameplay.
Two Games
Game 1: Your Success Puzzle (Individual)
One Superachiever using Genius (Current → Desired → Actions → Results) to create their success puzzle. Two faces of one picture:
- Personal Success Puzzle — Health & Energy (Longevity), Wealth & Career (Prosperity), Peace & People (Happiness)
- Business Success Puzzle — Front-Stage Users, Back-Stage Admin, Bottom-Line Profit
The real unlock: when personal and business start feeding each other instead of competing.
Game 2: Our Superpuzzle (Collective)
The civilizational game. Mission: make the regenerative Supercivilization more dominant than the degenerative anticivilization. Three simultaneous fronts:
- Enhancing Individuals — more people running Genius consciously
- Advancing Collectives — better companies, communities, countries operating regeneratively
- Balancing Ecosystems — ventures, enterprises, industries creating regenerative growth
These are not sequential stages. They're simultaneous requirements for shifting the bell curve.
Superachiever Levels
Level is determined by three things:
- Puzzle completeness — How many dimensions are actively running Genius, and how well they reinforce each other
- Mode of functioning — Single/couple/family × solo/team/firm
- Available capacity — How much energy is available for creation vs. consumed by survival
Income, net worth, impact, and network size are emergent readouts, not definitions.
Beginner
Running Genius on 1–2 dimensions. AI as primary amplifier. First accountability relationships forming. The early loops often feel disproportionately powerful because they unlock energy that was locked in avoidance.
Intermediate
Running Genius on 3–4 dimensions. Personal puzzle taking shape. Business puzzle active. The real challenge becomes integration — making personal and business feed each other rather than compete.
Advanced
Running Genius on 5–6 dimensions. Both puzzles substantially complete and coherent. Their success puzzle and superpuzzle contribution are the same thing. Business enhances individuals AND advances collectives AND balances ecosystems.
Level Transitions
Not gradual improvement. Step-function shifts.
Beginner → Intermediate: The first complete Genius loop that closes cleanly and compounds. They stop wondering if the process works and start working the process.
Intermediate → Advanced: Running Genius on the domains they've been avoiding — and discovering that was the bottleneck.
