By creating an account or using Avolve, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Avolve for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions.
Intellectual Property
Content you create within Avolve (your Success Puzzle, Genius loops, etc.) remains yours. Avolve retains rights to the platform, its design, and all platform-provided content.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
Avolve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months prior to any claim.
