What this is

This is software and membership. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here creates a fiduciary or advisory relationship. You keep your own advisers, and every decision is yours.

No custody of funds

We do not hold, move, transfer or execute transactions with your money. The service operates around your affairs, never on your capital.

Membership and billing

Membership is billed in advance through Stripe for the period shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, or attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours.

Your content

You own what you put in. We claim no ownership over your data and use it only to operate the service for you.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We aim for it to work well and make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Ending

You may stop at any time. We may end access for a material breach of these terms, and will say why.
