Two Games, Two Modes, Two Apps
Avolve runs two distinct gameplay modes. They are not difficulty levels or sequential stages. They are structurally different games that share a common engine.
| Mode | Name | Type | Domains | App |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Game 1 | Superachiever | Async Single-Player + Multiplayer | Your Success Puzzle | superachiever.xyz |
| Game 2 | Superachievers | Sync Multiplayer + Co-op | Our Superpuzzle | superachievers.xyz |
Both modes connect through avolve.io — the game engine that powers progression, identity, and data flow between them.
Game 1: Superachiever — Asynchronous Single-Player + Multiplayer
Create YOUR success puzzle as a participant for benefits.
The single-player component is running the Genius cycle (Current → Desired → Actions → Results) on your own life. You set a focus, track progress, close loops. No one else needs to be online for this to work.
The multiplayer component is accountability partners, mentors, and peer validation. Other players are present in your game — reviewing your results, offering calibration, challenging your blindspots — but they do not need to be online simultaneously.
This is why the mode is asynchronous. It operates on YOUR schedule:
- Daily focus — one Genius entry, one primary action
- Weekly reviews — close loops, assess patterns
- Monthly cycles — recalibrate, adjust difficulty
Superachiever Domains
| Domain | What It Covers |
|---|---|
| Superpower | Your genius — the thing you do better than almost anyone |
| Personal Success Puzzle | Health & Energy (Longevity), Wealth & Career (Prosperity), Peace & People (Happiness) |
| Business Success Puzzle | Front-Stage Users (CMO), Back-Stage Operations (COO), Bottom-Line Profit (CFO) |
| Supermind | Your peer group — accountability partners, mentors, the network that sharpens you |
The unlock: when your Superpower drives your Business Success Puzzle, which funds your Personal Success Puzzle, which fuels your Superpower. The loop closes. The puzzle becomes one picture.
Game 2: Superachievers — Synchronous Multiplayer + Co-op
Co-create OUR superpuzzle as a contributor for rewards.
The multiplayer component is teams working on shared missions — building products, running experiments, shipping features that advance the regenerative Supercivilization. The co-op component is cross-team collaboration on civilizational challenges that no single team can solve.
This is why the mode is synchronous. It requires coordination:
- Live sessions — real-time collaboration on shared objectives
- Synchronized sprints — teams working in parallel toward the same milestone
- Collective decisions — governance, resource allocation, mission prioritization
Superachievers Domains
| Domain | Singular | Plural |
|---|---|---|
| Superpuzzle | The civilizational picture | Multiple civilizational fronts |
| Superhuman | Enhancing one person | Enhancing populations |
| Supersociety | Advancing one organization | Advancing networks of organizations |
| Supergenius | One breakthrough | Scaling breakthroughs across industries |
The singular is the mission. The plural is the mission at scale.
Three Progression Tracks
Each mode has a progression track. They are independent but mutually reinforcing.
Individual Progression — Vivify
The path of individual growth within Game 1.
| Stage | Action | What You Get |
|---|---|---|
| Member | Observe | Access — you see the game |
| Mentee | Learn | Entertainment — learning for its own sake |
| Mentor | Apply | Enlightenment — applying what you learned |
| Master | Teach | Empowerment — teaching what you applied |
Learning for entertainment. Applying for enlightenment. Teaching for empowerment.
Collective Progression — Unify
The path of organizational growth within Game 2.
| Stage | What It Is |
|---|---|
| Startup Society | Personalizing — a small group with shared intent |
| Network Union | Globalizing — multiple groups connected by shared protocol |
| Network Archipelago | Localizing — geographically distributed but culturally coherent |
| Network State | Sovereign — recognized, self-governing, regenerative |
Ecosystem Progression — Thrive
The path of civilizational growth across both games.
| Stage | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Seed | Creating the new — first experiments, first prototypes |
| Tree | Evolving the now — proven models growing and branching |
| Forest | Managing the next — mature ecosystems sustaining themselves |
| Biome | Full regenerative cycle — self-sustaining civilizational infrastructure |
Why Separate Apps
This is not a branding exercise. The modes are architecturally different.
superachiever.xyz (Game 1) is optimized for individual rhythm. Your dashboard, your Genius entries, your progress, your puzzle. The UX is personal — journals, trackers, diagnostic tools. The data model centers on one player's lifecycle.
superachievers.xyz (Game 2) is optimized for collective coordination. Shared dashboards, team missions, governance tools, collaborative workspaces. The UX is social — feeds, votes, sprints, shared artifacts. The data model centers on groups, roles, and permissions.
avolve.io is the game engine that connects them. Identity, progression, token flow, and cross-mode data all live here. When your individual Genius loop produces results that matter to a team mission, avolve.io is what bridges that contribution. When a team's collective output feeds back into your personal growth metrics, avolve.io handles the attribution.
Three apps because the concerns are genuinely different. Forcing async individual play and sync collective play into one interface would compromise both.
What This Is Not
- Not sequential. You do not complete Game 1 before starting Game 2. Some players start with collective missions and discover individual practice through them.
- Not exclusive. Most active players operate in both modes simultaneously. The async/sync distinction is about coordination requirements, not about choosing one over the other.
- Not a paywall split. Both modes have free tiers. The separation is structural, not commercial.
- Not two separate identities. Your Superachiever identity carries across both apps. One player, two modes of play, one unified progression.
