Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 10, 2026

1. Conformance Target

Avolve is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA — the current W3C recommendation as of October 2023.

2. Standards

Our implementation follows WCAG 2.2 Level AA, WAI-ARIA 1.2 for dynamic content, and the Accessible Rich Internet Applications specification for interactive components.

3. Compatibility

We test with the following assistive technologies: VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), NVDA (Windows), and JAWS (Windows). We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. The platform is designed to be navigable entirely by keyboard.

4. Features

  • Skip-to-content link on every page
  • Semantic HTML landmarks for screen reader navigation
  • Route change announcements for single-page navigation
  • Focus management in multi-step forms
  • Reduced motion, reduced transparency, and high contrast modes
  • Touch targets meet 44px minimum on touch devices
  • Consistent help link available across all pages

5. Known Limitations

Glass material surfaces may reduce text contrast on displays with limited color depth. If you experience legibility issues, enable your operating system's high contrast or increased contrast mode — our styles adapt automatically.

6. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Avolve. If you encounter barriers or have suggestions, please contact us at accessibility@avolve.io. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

7. Assessment

Accessibility is evaluated through a combination of automated linting (eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y), manual testing with assistive technologies, and periodic audits against WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria. This statement was last reviewed on March 10, 2026.
