The Prime Law
The Fundamental of Protection
Preamble
*The purpose of human life is to prosper and live happily.
*The function of government is to provide the conditions that let individuals fulfill that purpose.
*The Prime Law guarantees those conditions by forbidding the use of initiatory force, fraud, or coercion by any person or group against any individual, property, or contract.
Article 1
No person, group of persons, or government shall initiate force, threat of force, or fraud against any individual’s self, property, or contract.
Article 2
Force is morally-and-legally justified only for protection from those who violate Article 1.
Article 3
No exceptions shall exist for Articles 1 and 2.
*The Prime Law is the fundamental, natural law of protection (that directs all decisions and actions of the Avolve DAO); the Prime Law may not be amended.
The Three Laws
The First Law: Each human being has the right to choose the way that they experience their own body.
The Second Law: Each human being has the right to interact with another human being as long as it is mutually consensual.
The Third Law: Each human being has the right to create an environment where other human beings must abide by the rules created for that specific environment.
The First Law
The First Law of a human being enables each individual the right to use their body the way they want to. This includes any type of experimenting they choose with their own body. This includes the ability to choose the foods, substance use, clothing, drug use, body modification as well as suicide. The body is the sole property of the human being and granted the right, by God, to choose how they experience their own body. The First Law must not conflict with the Second or Third Laws.
The Second Law
The Second Law enables each human being the ability to interact with another human being in any way they choose as long as it is consensual. A human being has the right to choose the type of relationship that it desires with another human being. The rules of the relationship are established on an individual basis and each human being has the right to know if the other human being is breaking the contract. The First and Second Law must not conflict with the Third Law.
The Third Law
The Third Law enables each human being the right to create the rules for what is and isn’t acceptable within their own personal environment. If another human being does not agree with the rules within that environment, then they will need to find or build an environment that is suitable for the type of experiences they wish to have. There is no judgment of right and wrong, only the proper organization of people and environments.
The Seven Rules
The Third Law consists of Seven Rules that customize the global civilization so the First Law can be upheld.

The Constitution
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
Preamble
The “Ratifiers” hereby adopt this “Constitution” as the formal authority structure of the specified “Organization”. In so doing, the Ratifiers cede their power to govern and run the Organization into the rules and processes herein, except for any powers that the Ratifiers lack the authority to delegate. The Ratifiers or their successors may amend this Constitution or repeal it using whatever authority they relied upon to adopt it, provided that any amendments are made in writing.
Any existing policies and systems the Organization had in effect before adopting this Constitution continue in full force after adoption, however they may not be expanded upon or modified except by the authorities and processes defined herein. These legacy policies and systems further lose all weight and authority as soon as this Constitution’s processes create something that replaces or contradicts them.
The Organization may designate other “Partners” in addition to the Ratifiers to assist with its governance and operations, provided any such Partners have also agreed to abide by all relevant terms of this Constitution. Within that constraint, the Organization may define how it grants or removes Partner status, unless otherwise specified by the Ratifiers, and the Ratifiers may specify the initial Partners for the Organization.
Each Partner may rely upon the authorities granted by this Constitution to the full extent that the Ratifiers held such authorities before adopting it. All of the responsibilities and constraints on a Partner come from this Constitution and the outputs of its processes, and from any legal duties the Partner has to the Organization and while acting on its behalf. No implicit expectations or constraints have any power over a Partner, and nor do any dictates issued outside the authority granted by this Constitution.

Stay on topic – go to the #random channel for off-topic chat.
Collaboration and engagement between members.
Cool and unique ideas for DAOs.
Help us grow the network by contributing.
Things We Do NOT Like:
Trolling – do not harass or troll other members.
Spam – do not litter channels or forums with meaningless and repetitive messages and links.
Shilling – no mindless shilling will be accepted.
Please try to keep chat in all channels in English only.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the permanent removal of your membership.
Be Careful:
Nothing said among Avolve members should be taken as financial or legal advice.
Be careful with your wallet addresses and token holdings! Avolve admins, team members or bots will never message you asking for private keys or seed phrases. Do not send tokens to, or accept token from, users who claim to be part of the Avolve team.
If you are unsure about someone reaching out in your messages, double check their username and tag them in a message to ask.
Respond at the bottom of the page to confirm that you have read and understand the guidelines.
